Step 1: Open Out Look E-mail Program.

Step 2 :Goto the Tools option at the top. and select accont settings. you will see e-mail make sure the email tab is showing, you wil lsee "new" click on new and it will bring a dialog box

Step 3: Click on POP3, IMAP option, then click on "manual" setup

Step 4: Click on Internet Email Setup (POP3, IMAP)

Step 5: Account Type should be set to POP3

Step 6: Incoming Mail Server should be set to: mail.yourdomainname.org/.biz/etc. (mail.dispatch-tech.com)

Step 7: Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomainname.org/.biz/etc (mail.dispatch-tech.com)

Step 8: Username: enter your username+hostname (ex. support+dispatch-tech.com)

Step 9: test account settings

Step 10: All Successful you should now have e-mail in Out Look!
